"I am super disappointed in the attitude of the employees who work there, well at least 2 of them. I bought 2 strapless bras, brought them home, took the tags off of one I tried to wear it but the cup was just too big. So, I went online and ordered one with a smaller cup size. The email confirmation said it would send me an email once it shipped and then notify me once it was in the store for pick-up. I never received an email, and I forgot about the bra. Then a few weeks later I remembered and called, and they stated yes that it was in the store ready for pick up. So, I took a trip to the mall and picked it up. I was super excited to try it on. I removed the tags and wore it for about an hour and it was really uncomfortable. the wire or whatever is on the sides of the bra dug into my armpit. So, I decided I am going to take all 3 back at the same time. I went last night and the 2 ladies behind the counter weren't friendly at all (Hispanic older ladies, and I’m Hispanic so that’s not a dig at them). Customer service skills were at an all-time low. She seemed super annoyed that I was returning them. I tried to be friendly and make conversation and they just stood there waiting for me to find my online receipt in my email. She even looked down at her watch as if I was inconveniencing her. The mall closes at 9 and it was about to be 8 pm. Had they been friendlier or more than likely would have looked around the store and shopped, but seeing as I was an annoyance to them, I didn’t want to bother. More than likely I will not be shopping at that Lane Bryant again, which is a shame because it’s the closest one to my home."

"Never been in before but was looking for a bra and someone recommended this store for the size i was looking for. Staff was soooo helpful and patient. I had a misconception that this store was for really large women but they have size 14 as well so right up my alley. It was refreshing not just having some teeny bopper helping me and not caring...these ladies actually took their time with me and didn't mind me asking lots of questions and trying so many bras on. Because the level of service I got, I will definitely be back to this location."

"This review is a little late but 2 weeks ago I had a wonderful experience at Lane Bryant with Ashley and Maria. Both of these ladies were extremely friendly, patient, and helpful. I had not been fitted for a bra since I’ve had my youngest and it was a treat for me to be able to shop alone for the first time in a LONG time. These ladies not only recognized that but jumped at the chance to be a positive part of that. Thank you both, you rock!!!"
