"I really enjoy shopping at the Tanger location. All of the associates are actually pretty friendly and helpful. For an outlet, there are also a lot of great, new options to shop. I would like to recommend; not all of the fitting rooms have a bench to place your belongings while trying on items. It would also be nice to have door hooks to hang your purse or coat, opposed to lying your items on the ground."

"When I walked in, the girl just stared at me. No hello or welcome or anything. Brick and mortar stores are becoming obsolete, and with what they are paid, I guess it’s expensive to be nice and inclusive."

"Horrible customer service. Rep droned like a robot and did not assist me with my order that was shipped to the incorrect store. Instead of sounding like he wanted to assist, he was intent on getting me off the phone. Called back and the next rep sounded the same way. They need to get employees that actually care about their customers. I would give negative stars if I could."

"Friendly staff, amazing specials and very clean. I do miss the original store scent (perfume throughout the store). Maybe the clorox wipes and sanitizer scent has covered it. No one to blame, i enjoy shopping here. Thanks again!"
