"I needed a specific team shirt so I called in advance to see if Brand Sports might have it available. The man who answered was very helpful and found it/held it for me. However, when I saw it, there were brown spots stained throughout the shirt. He offered to give me the shirt at no cost just to see if I could remove the spots at home. What a kind thing to do! At home, I was able to remove the spots with bleach and now I will go back to the store and will offer to pay him for it because that's the right thing to do. Thank you for great customer service!"
