"This experience was so disappointing. They had a buy one get one 50% off but the parameters of the sale were such that it made it impossible to find 2 pair of shoes for my grandson. He wanted the same shoes, one pair in black and the other in red but the shoes he chose could only be the first pair so the second pair would not be half off. When he found a different pair, the cost was higher than the first pair and since the one pair he definitely wanted had to be the first pair, the other pair he found wouldn't work because the cost was higher. After spending about an hour looking for an alternative shoe at a lower price to fit the sale requirements, we had to ask if they could send the right size to our home since they did not have it but according to the cashier, the size we needed was not eligible for shipping. In the end, we walked out spending nothing because the system they have set up is so convoluted. That's ok, we will take our grandson elsewhere where the process will be easier and they will be happy to take our money. Had I been able to give zero stars, that would've been the rating however you must at least give one star."

"I would give it 0 stars. Be very careful with the offers of: buy one and get the second for half price, the cashier first scans the highest priced product and then tells you that the 50% discount does not apply because the second product has a lower price. In other words, the cashiers try to prevent you from getting the discount, be smart and give them only one product (lowest price first) and after they have scanned it you give them the most expensive one."

"As everyone heads out to school shop for their kiddos thia weekend please READ THE FINE PRINT WHEN GOING TO A STORE STRICTLY CAUSE THEY ARE HAVING A SALE!! We went to rack room shoes at the Tanger outlet in Glendale because they had BOGO sale. After getting no service and waiting in line for almost an hour we find out after we got to the register t that the fine print meant we only got "30 off one pair of shoes!!! I was infuriated but still purchases anyway because the kids weren't letting go of them after all the time invested picking them out. Never will shop there again."
