"This was our first time getting a full detail for our 2002 4Runner that was filthy. Pit Stop's attention to detail and great customer service started as soon as we arrived. Marcus, the owner, greeted us and walked through, in detail, what to expect. We were introduced to Derek, who was going to do the detail work for us. When we picked up our car, we were absolutely astounded with the results. The entire experience was great and well worth the price. This is an honest, efficient and great shop to bring your car. "For the amount of money spent for the specific detail, I was very disappointed! Wax residue from the buffer on the tail light assembly, running boards and headlight assembly was not removed or cleaned. Front windshield was not cleaned or wiped entirely nor were the other windows cleaned as expected. Seamed like a quick wipe and go was performed. Danny's family car wash cleans and details better for a MUCH lower price!"
