"Recently, I went into their shop for a transmission issue, they told me about the labor cost of an hour to diagnose the problem which I agreed to. When the mechanic called me back he said he could tell what the problem was right away. Even though I had agreed to pay the diagnostic fee, they didnt charge me because they didnt spend the time. To me that honesty is why I have been going to them for years and they will continue to be my go to shop. "I'm a young guy working two jobs to support myself and my family. A thief came into my apartment complex and attempted to steal my catalytic converter. I took the car to Whiteys auto and they did a check up to see what they took. Turns out they took some pipe that connects to the bottom of the converter. Whiteys auto had some sympathy on me, and decided to waive the charges for me. I think they could tell I was very stressed and wanted to do something kind... Thank you for that... they recommended scottsdale muffler and automotive to get the pipe fixed. It's fixed now and the car is actually running smoother than it originally did before the pipe was stolen and its quieter! My car also has a stronger acceleration when I press the pedal! Maybe it was all a blessing in disguise. Who knows, but I appreciate all of the help Whitey's has given to me and my family over the years. Thank you!"
