"After three attempts I won’t be coming back. I explain in detail and even show how to turn on the car wash feature on our EV, and they fail to turn it on every time. The charging port has been opened during the wash each time, which can cause major damage to an EV. $32 for a full wash and they failed to notice hand prints on the exterior of a window."

"So, took my Denali truck to this Cobblestone car wash. During the wash they did this to my vehicle! I approached them kindly and even offered to not report to my insurance to help them out. ( I too have companies and would have loved an opportunity to make it right without notifying the companies insurance, as we are all insurance poor) At first they were polite and cooperative. I told them I had a guy to make the repairs that I trusted that does very special custom work and would I would get a price from him. Not only save them money but I know the job would be done correctly as well and they agreed. I called and told them his price which I know was much cheaper that the insurance companies would have been. They agreed and said they would need an invoice when completed, I told them he was just a guy I knew and use, I told them he was NOT a company and was told to proceed as long as I produced an invoice that it was completed. I had him make the repairs, I paid him out of my pocket and sent over an invoice "from me" stating it was done and that payment would be payment in full for all damages. I was then told, they did not say that and that I must get an estimate from a company or they will not pay! So, today Nov 7 2023 I called and asked to speak with Mike Thompson about what was wrong with the invoice that I sent over because I was told what I was told. I kindly tried to explain to him the scenario and he told me I never talked with him and he continued to raise his voice again and again. "I did also speak with his assistant manager Kyle and wanted to discuss where the confusion may have been", I proceeded to tell him if he continued to raise his voice this conversation will not go well. He loudly told me your right and hung up on me! I have bent over backwards to be flexible and work with these folks and they have total jerks! I will not turn into my insurance company to collect the money and make contact with their insurance company so their rates will go up. That is what I should have done from the jump! I may make a few posters of the damages and hire some kids to walk in front on the sidewalk for a Saturday or two. And I AMM that guy! lol! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FOLKS AS THEY ARE NOT AN HONERABLE COMPANY!!"

"I went to this car wash 3 weeks ago and purchased unlimited month pass. Cole at the front was very nice, friendly and polite. He’s the reason for not giving one star, My brand new car went through the wash and then went to detail. When it was ready, I noticed the wheels hadn’t been touched, back bumper still had dirt sitting on it and my windshield was still not clean. When I pointed these things out, the attendant said he was only supposed to wipe dash and door panels. You can see where he did and did not wipe on the dash and doors because none were completely cleaned. When I got home I found whatever cleaner he’d used left the Model Y at the door sill on both front doors spotted. It does not wipe clean, they are ruined. Today I went back.. I’m paying for unlimited. Windshield, wheels and bumper dirty again. Now the inside of my hatch has a white line running from from one side to the other, drivers side mirror is water spotted. Everything that did manage to get wiped was clearly done with a very wet rag as it’s all water spotted. I won’t be returning to this location again. I hope there’s better service at another location."
