"The manager, whose name is Aldo, is coldly condescending and rude. My car was taken in to be fixed after I was a victim of a hit-and-run and he kept it for over a month. It wasn't getting fixed because they did not have the parts. It just sat in their garage while I spent hundreds on Lyfts. When I asked why it was taking so long I was told that somebody had called in sick but did not even bother with an apology. Then he proceeded to keep it another week; I guess just to show me he is the boss."

"So far, our experience has been really good. Zach worked hard get an estimate completed for my mom’s car and explained the process very thoroughly. My mom didn’t have the best experience with a younger sounding female on the phone who didn’t explain things clearly, but keep in mind, she is 65 with memory issues due to chemotherapy. When we arrived to drop off her vehicle, the gentleman who did the intake on the vehicle was very thorough, answered our questions, even said he would try to buff out a superficial scratch."
