"They take good care of you and actually explain what they going to do. Ruth and naaeria is very helpful in the front and take their time and doesn't pressure into any deal or price without explaining it to you. My best advice to is schedule a appointment when in the summer because it can get busy due to the weather melting tires and the roads getting destroyed. There is alot of road trios happening as well. If you do a walk there is usually a wait of 3 to 4 hours. Also call the night before to see if they have the item in stock before driving up there."
"Derek the manager charged me for a oil filter for my car. I was charged 65.00 this includes a oil filter. They did not have a filter in stock for my vehicle, I had to go purchase one at auto zone and bring back. Walmart auto service stated in the beginning they would deduct the price of a oil filter. When All was said and done they did not deduct. I went through talking to 3 people 20 min, and they were like nope we are charging even though we do not have one for your car. WALLMART AUTO SERVICE AT THIS PLACE IS VERY DECEPTIVE ON PRICING. GO TO VAVALINE EXPRESS OIL CHANGE SERVICES."
