"I brought my porsche in for the very first time for a coolant flush, and ever since then I’ve had constant problems. As soon as I leave their shop my heater valve explodes. I had to wait a more than a week to get them to tow it back. When it finally re-arrived they put all the blame on me, and said I owe 1300 for this part they blew up. I had to complain and argue with them for days for them to agree it wasnt my fault. They did cut off half the price for me at this point to insure that i was happy with the labor (And i was!). Finally got the car back almost 3 weeks after I took it in for a coolant change. When I finally get home with it, i realized they ripped off 2 of my metal porsche letters from the back, and tried to take my C too (Cant do this without purposely trying to with tools) took them, and then replaced them with plastic ones. They didnt even bother to glue on the plastic E. What a troublesome company…"
"I called this place about a hour ago about my bentley replacing a headlight soon as I said bentley the guy aggressively was like we don't work on those cars before I could even tell him why I was calling customer service like that I'll never bring any of my vehicles to this place WOW that's crazy....."
