"Having trouble with the remote start on vehicle. Had appointment to have checked out. After waiting an hour and a half, come to find out the guy never showed up. I was done waiting. Now will have to put up with same issue and then waste more time waiting another day. They didn't even update me on the guy not being there. The worker that checked me in seemed very sincere in helping me out, to no avail at this time. Had they kept me informed. I would have been more appreciative."

He didn't try the typical "pushy salesman" tactic but was just very forthright with everything he said. He listened to the situation and even intuitively picked up on the missing pieces and did the absolute best job with the situation he was presented. I never thought I would be able to buy a car "a year in the future" being a young person but with my hard work over the years and then Michael's finesse, I was able to have a car that I picked out (not got stuck with) and love it.
