"Went for a diagnostic to check my coils and spark plugs and was told if nothing was wrong they wouldn’t charge me for anything then got hit with 100 dollars charge all of a sudden even though there was nothing wrong. Manager came at me side ways talking about his mechanics don’t work for free. Not my problem they can’t be trust worthy of their word and honor what they said in the first place!!! Won’t be returning to this place. All I got out of this experience was disrespect. I would have gladly paid but he was rude from the beginning and didn’t know what was going on and was making judgments before confirming. Will not be recommending anyone to go here. Thank you."

"I've been a Greulich's customer for years, and without fail the crew always delivers. My recent appointment was scheduled online, and the repairs had to be coordinated through a third party warranty company. I had my vehicle towed to the shop, met with the manager to authorize the work, and I left knowing my vehicle was in good hands. I received text messages during the day, keeping me informed of the repair progress. Later I received a call and a text that the work was done, and I could pick up my vehicle. When I arrived the technician told me the warranty company was good to work with, and all required repairs had been approved and paid. Once again, I trust this company to treat me like family. I highly recommend Greulich's whether you need an oil change or something more serious, they are unequaled!"

"Quick and quality work! I sincerely appreciate their willingness to work with me on short notice and address a whole variety of issues with my vehicle. They use a 3 category system where they run through an extensive checklist and categorize items as either "Requires Urgent Attention", "Future Attention Items" or "Good", making it very easy to prioritize what needs to be fixed on your budget. I look forward to doing all my auto work with them moving forward."
