"They damage wheels, don't mount and balance correctly. I spent over $2000 and they couldn't even put my valve stem caps back on, went to a different tire shop the next day to check balance and 1 wheel was 4oz out of balance the other 3 averages around 2 oz. These guys are hacks, stay away!"

"BLACK Consumers BEWARE!!!! The discrimination and resentment are on full display! My young educated hard working Son choose to give this small business a chance. I wish he had not. Barely 4 days later, he was in a terrifying accident that totaled his car completely. The tires they put on came off while he was driving on the highway from Phoenix. Total trash tires that the knew were bad when they half a$$ put them on. Instead of owning it and showing sympathy and trying to rectify the problem.. they played dumb and said he must've rode over a nail.! Next the usual speaking in Spanish and laughing, saying he was on his own.. I will contact the BBB asap I'm sure I will find out that they have hundreds of complaints lodged."

"Unless you are Hispanic, understand vehicles, or "their language", you will recieve the bottom of the barrel service! I had 2 tires put on by these guys and after 3 days, my tire blew out, causing significant damage to the body of my car. Thankfully my insurance is full coverage but I'm going to have to pay even more out of pocket due to my deductible. The guys working there do NOT care about you and your safety! Pay the price to actually get quality work WITH a warranty some place else!"
