"Dropped my car off on Monday and it took till Friday to get my car back even though I only ask them to do engine mounts which is a Saturday job for most auto shops. Not only that but when I received my car after not having it for a week. My dash cam was completely unplugged I'm missing two chargers and the trip meter on my car was reset like someone took a joy ride in my car and didn't want me to know. All in all very fishy and I will now never take my car back to there again Thanks for nothing Mazda ಠ⁠︵⁠ಠ"

"The people at the counter were very professional and courteous. I like that they send you a video as they go over the car. My disappointment is that I came in at 7:15 am for an oil change. I let them know that I would need to wait in the lobby because I needed to get to work. I was the second person to the service center. At 9:15 I went back to the counter to see how it was going because I was feeling a little stressed as I was now late in getting back to work. My key was already there. I do not know how long my car was done, but the issue is that I was second in line and it took 2 hours to change the oil. They did say my battery failed the test so I had them replace my battery. Again, they were very nice, but I just don’t have 2 hours to wait for an oil change."
