"I had recently purchased a BWM and being an old Dude I didnt know much about checking the oil with the outbourd computer. I was concerned about oil levels. I stopped to simply get the oil changed to be sure and talked with the manager first and as it turned out they didnt have a filter in stock. Still concerned about the oil levels myself and Expressing that the manager took the time to not only check the computer but also took the time to show me how to do it. The oil was low and the manager put in a quart free and I was amazed, this isnt cheap oil. My hat is off to the manager for all the help and I will be getting ALL my vehicles serviced here from here on."
