She was very kind & walked to the back to find the right size ( the last pair ) patient with aiding to the customers needs. "I was looking for indoor soccer shoes in this store and I asked the lady if they carry indoor soccer shoes for kids. Guess what she said? We didn't carry sports shoes. Then I checked some of the shoes there and next thing I know. She didn't know that I'm still in her store and she was talking to the other customer about me that I'm asking about soccer shoes. She thinks I'm dumb for looking for sports shoes in her store. Com'on it's a shoe store and famous footwear where you can find a variety of shoes. It's funny she told me that they don't carry sports shoes but I saw the basketball , running shoes inside. She owns a shoe store and she is not familiar with what she is selling. She is rude to talk smack to other customers after they leave the store. Goodluck! Hopefully she will not find some customers who experience what I experience and shut her filthy mouth."

"I Placed an online order, I had 7 days to pick up however the day u went to pick up my item the store was not open (prior to me driving to the store location i looked up holiday hours online and the paper placed on the window stated they were open). I tried to pick up my item again on the 26th of December as well I received a “last day pickup text” but as i approached the store it was closed. My order is now automatically cancelled and Im very upset."
