"This location always seems to be low on stock, I usually order online. Not much of a in person shopper since covid. I have experienced delays in communication in terms of order status. However I feel like that’s more corporate not the store. Whenever I do in store pick up I notice the racks bare, jewelry/ accessories are slim to none. The workers seem like they are always stocking, I do wish they would have a better method for pick up. The worker has to go to the back and obtain the order and I can only assumed it’s not organized much cause it takes forever! While ONE person works the register IF there is 2 people. Again I don’t think it’s that one persons fault, I just think a better method is needed. Also maybe have more the 2 people working. Management needs to revamp and make sure every day is set up to be ran smoothly. They need an episode of undercover boss! Customer service really hasn’t been a complaint of mine… I also go in mostly for online pick ups however!"

"I would give them zero stars if I could. Worst guest service I have ever experienced. Placed on online order for matching family pajamas. Extra 10% off to ship to store. Never received confirmation that store received order had to call and ask if my order was there. Went to pick up and asked specifically why there were only 4 packages out of 6. The girl told me there were 2 to a pack…. Definitely not the case. Call back after getting home and get Amelia their stand in filling in manager who was the one who said there was 2 in each pack.. again misinformed. I told her I was missing 2 items and she proceeded to say that customer service deals with online orders not the store…. What?? That doesn’t make any sense do you not verify items in an order before giving them to the customer? Wow. She said she was just filling in at that store and it wasn’t hers so she couldn’t help me… a manager…talk about passing the buck. Called customer service told me one of my items was cancelled… never received notification about that but they didn’t fail to charge my card for that cancelled item. Asked about the other item I didn’t receive and she didn’t have an answer for me. I requested a full refund, have to go back to that store with the rude “fill in manager” and return the items because well can’t have matching family pajamas for only certain family members. Worst guest service ever. The lady at guest service “I’m sorry this is our process” well you need a new one! Will never shop with this company again"

"I love shopping here and have been for years. They have affordable clothes that are really nice! The service is also amazing. The workers are all nice and welcoming and willing to help you out if you need assistance! The store can get quite messy because the customers seem to always mess up the store themselves. People need to learn how to shop because they always drop everything on the floor and mess up the tables, and always let their children run loose creating more messier environment. If it wasn’t for the customers being so messy while shopping, the experience in this store would be more pleasing for sure. Aside from that, the team at this store is always ready to help you find what you need and offer you with alternatives if the item you’re looking for is currently not in stock at this store. Their service is also fast and effective and friendly! Every time I go in I am able to find exactly what I need and even more if not they do help me out. Great place to shop."

"Love shopping here! They have great prices. The employees are welcoming and are friendly. However, other customers that come in trash the place. I saw a lady dump a pile of pants on the floor and didn’t bother to pick it up. Come on people let’s be more respectful."

"I've been here only a few times over the past couple years and it's always a chaotic mess. Clothes are cute and they have some good deals usually, but the organization is horrendous. Clothes literally thrown over the place."
