"Spencers in San Tan was great! Paul, our sales associate, was extremely helpful in helping us pick out exactly what we were looking for. The exact refrigerator I wanted was on back-order so he found a similar one that could be delivered the next day. The following day Stephan delivered it and quickly set everything up for us. He went out of his way to explain all the features and give us tips on how to maintain the refrigerator. He hauled away our old one and cleaned up all the packing and debris. He was super fast, efficient and friendly! The following day we noticed the fridge needed a slight adjustment, that we couldn’t do. So I called Spencer’s and they immediately scheduled Stephan to come back and help us. Again, super fast and friendly! The whole experience with Spencer’s - and the purchase and set-up of our beautiful new refrigerator - was spot-on perfect! I highly recommend Spencer’s and will use them for any upcoming appliance purchase!"

"Had a good experience in store and we’ve been customers for years. This time, we purchased a new washer/dryer, but just had a negative experience with the delivery/installation (that we paid for). We were told to be available from 4-6, so we went to get lunch. While out, the time changed, and we let the delivery driver know (through text/calling) that we won’t be there till 3:45. Instead of working with us, they simply dropped off the washer and dryer in our garage and left (we paid for installation). When we called to see if they will be by to install the new appliances, they said we would have to pay extra, because we weren’t available the first time. Anyways, it just seemed like they didn’t care much about us, since the sale was finished (even though we paid for things we didn’t get). We would’ve loved it if they just followed through with their promises."
