But what truly elevates my shopping experience is the scan and go feature within the app. It's an absolute game changer! Being able to scan items as I shop and then check out seamlessly has made my trips to Walmart so much more efficient. While I thoroughly enjoy these aspects of my shopping experience, there's always a little room for improvement in other areas to make it perfect. "I bought a canopy off the shelf today that appeared to be brand new. Turns out it was a return made to look new. The canopy was broke at one of the joints when I opened it to double check on the size. Now my camping trip is halted until I can grab a non broken canopy online. Keep broken stuff off of your shelves Walmart. It wasn’t even discounted. Inconvenient and lazy of the employees making that call."

"The parking lot was a mess. Carts everywhere. As I was walking out of the store a cart was up against my car. Either the wind or the lady who parked next to me...who wouldn't make eye contact... hit the cart into my car. If the parking lot wasn't so full of carts this wouldn't have happened. Do better Walmart."
