"Linda L is a very good cashier and was very helpful when it came time to pay. I had planned on paying cash and she informed me that if I used my Kohls Card, I would get 15% off my purchase. It was about a $30 savings but I really didn’t want to charge these items. She then said I could charge the items and then make a payment with my cash for it right afterwards. Doing it that way saved me $30 and added nothing to my balance. Great customer service from her and Koh’ls should recognize her for being a valuable employee. She could not have been nicer!"

"I visited this location Thursday December 21st around 8:30pm. I was waiting in line when an associate offered to check me out at the self check out lanes. The entire time he was helping, he was talking on his headset not really acknowledging me. Which is fine…. Work is busy. He scanned my last item and stepped away to answer a question for a different customer. After a little bit of just standing there I decided to finish checking myself out… after all… it is “self” checkout. He comes running over all frantic after I already paid and said, “ OOH NO, YOU PAID WAY TO MUCH MONEY!” I was so confused. I said, “You walked away bro” and he just shook his head and asked for my email for kohl’s cash. At that point I was really uncomfortable. How did I overpay? Does everyone “over pay” on self check out? Because that is SKETCHY! He wanted me to wait for him to check me out on self checkout? So I don’t overpay? No way. He wanted to tell me to sign up for a credit card and I didn’t give him the chance because I checked myself out. And then he showed emotion towards that and told me I over payed. Making me feel like I just got scammed by khols. Like what the heck man. Aggressive."

"I've shopped at Kohl's for a number of years and always felt welcomed by the staff. The other day I went shopping there and everyone was friendly and helpful until I checked out. The cashier that waited on me was very rude. I was paying with a Kohl's CC and she asked me for my driver's license (I've never been asked this before) and she was not at all friendly. She made me feel as though I was a burden to be in the store shopping. If all their staff behaved as she did they would be losing a lot of customers."

"My favorite Kohl's, always a good selection. The store is always clean and well stocked. And the staff is always friendly and helpful. My last visit when checking out they were doing training and Alex was very kind and helpful while he was training. I bought several glass items and they took extra care to insure all my items were wrapped up good. Its little things that go along way."
