"I initially went into the store for a gift. I instantly found what i was looking for and when i went to the cash register the girl in the blue hair and a mask walked away to the back so i just stood there. When she didnt come back i continued to look for other items and i found something else i enjoyed. Well i thought i understood the sale was buy 1 get one 50% because the sign was right next to the sweaters. I was told at checkout that wasnt the case but provided no clarity. So than i was like oh okay ill get something else from where it says and the girl let me continue looking without clarifying the discount. She than said oh no its not discounted in that area its buy 1 get 3 free from this other section. So i went looking in that section got a couple of items and came and was like ok i hope i understans its vuy 1 get 3 free and shes like yea its 4 items total you pay what the most expensive item is. So i had no wasted time finding items and than ended up not taking the discount. I told her im not taking those items and she was from what i understood busy but i was very kind despite having to go all over the store confused at these disocunts . The girl was very short and when i used my thank you and my customer service voice she had no response but a rush to get me out of the store. I feel if youre gonna use a mask at least make eye contact and speak clearly so other understand your body language speaks volumes. When i was finished checking out she had no words but it seemed like i was the one trying to lighten the mood. Im not sure if its cause i was brown or what not because it was 3 white workers but it is disappointing that even thought i felt that customer service was extremely poor i ended with a thank you have a great day she had no response but a strong exhale. Ive shopped here twice enjoy the clothes but the workers seem very miserable."

"Grabbed a pair of shoes, originally $89 but marked on sale as $44.99. AND there's a huge sign over them stating "Take an ADDITIONAL 50% off." Great, I think I'm scoring these for $22.50. Nope. The girl informed us that the sign is to make the sale clear and that these are "definitely not" 50% off the marked price (the rudeness wasn't necessary, by the way). What then does "additional" mean? Honor your signage or take it down...and don't make us feel foolish when we ask. We did make a purchase anyway but fix your store, pac sun."

"My daughters both found items they liked at decent prices, but for 5mins or so, there were no associates on the floor or register. The 2 that finally came out were both in back for quite a while as they were waiting for them to open the Try On Doors."

"I am still dealing with trying to get my funds credited back to my debit card from a online order, I had ordered my daughter a few items from online and its been a nightmare, some items were never delivered, others were the wtong size, I paid for express shipping trying to get the items which didnt arrive on time. I was credited back on a gift card and advised from a Chloe and her manager that they would reach out to customer escalation line which ended being a number that chloe could not reach anyone so she asked me to cn diring normal business hours the following week, this has been the worst experience yet. I need this resolved!!"

"I wasn't even planning on walking into this store. However they had a rack of swim separates on sale and I needed new bottoms so I peaked in and I ended up finding the PERFECT swim bottoms for an absolutely amazing deal! And I also found so many other things I really enjoyed in this store. Excellent stuff. Everything was clean and put away and we didn't have to wait but a couple seconds to check out."
