"No staff member was attending to letting customers into the fitting rooms. Basic tees were 30$, but there was a buy one get two free. White shirt quality was thin and see-through."

"Usually I have a comfortable time shopping at Aeropostale, but today I faced a terrible example of customer service which has me questioning management’s choice of hiring. There was a lady with black hair and glasses who disrespected both my family and other workers present during my visit. The store did have a lot of customers which could be a cause for stress but in this situation she took out her anger on me and others present. When I first entered she never welcomed us despite being nearest to her and clearly catching her attention, she made intentional disgusted faces when my family spoke in Spanish, shoved us to get by, and waved her hands in anger when we didn’t move rapidly enough for her; we additionally saw her yell at one of her coworkers to fold more rapidly and that she was going to watch her to make sure she “[folds] every single thing correctly” and that they “do [their] job right”. This behavior made me really uncomfortable shopping here and even when the worker did say excuse me after shoving all of us, she added a tone that was very unnecessary. When I spoke to another customer shopping there they said she was also rude to them which creates a huge call to this employees attitude."

"Everything good but not great. No greeting when entering, no one asked me if I needed anything. Basic customer service issues. Young people working, most likely thought what is this old man doing in here? But I do shop here even at age 61. Had a sale. But I truly believe they raised all the prices prior to the sale? Sale price looked like the old regular price. LOL Just saying. Store was clean and organized. But just a sense of no Customer service and unfriendly."

"Walked in at 6:45pm 5/24/2022 and was told by Giovanni store was closed early due to am emergency. He had a tone and attitude amd asked us to leave. Their emergency was due to staffing shortage and they refused to complete a return for me. Their staff in store was working slow and the store was almost empty. Horrible customer service and no reason to completely close the store with 3 people on staff working. Poor management."

"Went in with my boyfriend to look at their sales. Cute clothes and everything until check out.... I was being charged full price instead of the discounted 60% off blouse and $6 sandals when my boyfriend pointed out how high the total was. I mentioned the prices to the girl who was ringing it in when she walked away to check. She had a horrible attitude and repeated 3-4 times “that’s why I went to check” and kept taking in a demeaning tone. not friendly at all about it. She then was slamming everything and kept being defensive over me stating prices for her. Also aggressive about clicking buttons on the register. I’m a manager in customer service and that was not okay service for anyone especially for no reason.... I read the reviews for this and it seems to be a consistent problem for others as well experiencing bad unprofessional service. Please filter your employees better."
