"The ladies here are usually very helpful but not today, Monday November 20, 2023. There were 4 or 5 employees working and none of them offered any help when they clearly saw me with clothes. Even when checking out, they stood there and talked amongst each other (2 ladies). The store wasn’t busy. Disappointed in the quality of service today. Be attentive to the needs of customers. You see a customer with clothes? Ask them if they would like you to start a dressing room for them instead of them having to hunt you employees down. Do better! Be friendly. You want to work in customer service then provide better customer service experiences."
