"Fast friendly service, reasonable pricing, and a great location. I needed a new battery and some wiper blades. The staff installed the blades for me and quickly exchanged my old battery. Updated to add: Came back for a hitch adapter and locking pin. Josh helped us and was very knowledgeable and professional. This will be my go-to parts store."

"The parts I purchased did not include the hardware, bolts and wing nuts, necessary to install the part. When I made a separate trip to get the missing hardware they tried to sell it to me when I felt it should have been included. If I use O'Reilly in the future I will research the part to ensure all necessary hardware is included for the installation. I am very disappointed that O'Reilly would rather lose a customers business rather than provide the missing hardware. They are no longer a vendor I have confidence in."
