She pretended didn't understand my accent. That was rude. They finally sent me to a regular teller to finish the transaction. I hope they would have experience tellers around just in case"

I had no idea how to set up my truck payment online and a couple ladies here took there time to show me on their computer here. "I've been a customer of ICCU for four years and have largely been satisfied with the service. When they opened this shiny new branch at the corner of Chinden and Linder, I had high expectations. Sadly, it was not to be. Although the staff are friendly and honestly try their best, the level of service leaves much to be desired. Firstly, the ATM: it's about 50/50 on any given day whether it will be in service or not. Go ahead, go into the branch and pray that there isn't a line for the tellers. Generally, the average time servicing an individual customer is roughly ten minutes. Why this is so, I have no idea. If there are two people ahead of you, you're in for a twenty minute wait. Honestly, I've just walked out and taken my chances with the ATM. As for the new accounts personnel, it's hit or miss. My last interaction was to change the title on my accounts to a trust. The individual I dealt with clearly did not know what they were doing and actually gave me inaccurate information. Disappointing, to say the least."
