"What in the world does it take for Horizon to send paperwork to the DMV or even do a simple address change???? Over the years and several vehicles, I feel like I have to harass everyone at Horizon daily and I get zero confirmations on if it was completed. I have even went straight from the DMV to Horizon with all the paperwork needed as well as mention I have issues with these things getting completed properly, yet Horizon ALWAYS messes things up to the point I expect it now. I am more than highly frustrated with Horizon. Nothing but issues with submitting simple paperwork over the years with multiple vehicles. I'll be switching credit unions permanently."

Then I sold a house and put all the money in their bank and now they are super helpful. So I give them a middle of the road 3 stars. My old credit union was always helpful and respectful.
