In the course of the last 5 months this company has gotten me sued over not negotiating accounts in a timely manner and dropping my credit score 20 points and has now came to me and said they need to extend my contract another 6 months at $456 a month or drop the account and me get sued for a second time. Out of 39 months of payment contract I have less than 12 payments to go and now adding another 6. I have asked if I extend my payments can my payments be lowered so I can actually stop struggling as bad and they said I they would increase my payments to get it paid quicker. These people do not work for you in finding a real solution. They would rather get you sued multiple times and leave you broke."
