"Had a repeating issue.. the Teller couldn’t help.. understandable they don’t have access to backend’s system so for second time was detected to GM April Steward.. she went one about federal reserve and things how it couldn’t be fixed with me half expecting for her to bring up the rotation of the moon and the sun into the equation of why it couldn’t be fixed.. ok fine. I left disappointed but just called their video chat feature and the nice gentleman there said “ooh yeah give me few min i’ll fix it.. done fixed.. Either April as GM is needs more training or she is just simply dishonest or misinformed on their systems.. had high hopes for this location but now very disappointed. I was expecting more from them. They can do so much better"

"I have had nothing but good experiences with this ICCU. Apil especially is amazing and has handled every odd question/problem with patience and humor. I have had multiple times where I had to come in with completely abnormal, off the beaten path problems and every single time ICCU has bent over backwards to help."

"This is the worst ICCU branch. Don’t ask any questions or you’ll be treated like you’re an inconvenience. And there is only one ATM which is a drive thru and they will refer you there if you want to withdraw money even if you’re a member."

"2 tellers at the counter. One was helping a customer and working the drive-thru. The other one, rearranging her desk area. I don't think it's good customer service when the line of people is going out the door and a teller is deciding to organize instead. I give 2 stars because other workers stepped up and started helping customers."
