"The Horizon Credit Union Ten Mile Branch in Meridian is the opitome of a family-friendly local bank branch. Every time I walk in, I am greeted by name by the two counter representatives Joey & Zoey. I know that sounds like a cartoon, but trust me, they’re real people. Joey & Zoey always make me feel like family and they’re never too busy to have a friendly chat while they take care of my banking needs. I could take care of most of my banking needs online with Horizon’s app, which is easy to navigate, but I enjoy the face to face at the branch so much that it’s well worth the extra time and gas to go there. The account and loan staff are equally great. Miranda, Courtney & Teddi are always pleasant and greet me with the same enthusiasm and helpfulness. I would never consider switching to a big box bank and suffer the lack of personal care. Keep up the great work ladies!!!!"
