"Staff is amazing! Very polite & helpful. The gentleman who helped get us all setup with our first storage unit is what made us come back. The roads in the storage facility have a steep slop for drainage so your unit shouldn't flood but does make getting heavy or large items transferred into the unit a little challenging. But once you know you make the needed adjustments & plan ahead for the next time."
