Hy-Vee Grocery Store

"Customer Service: Zero Stars Problem: Hours listed are inaccurate creating an inconvenience for all the shoppers who believed the posted hours were accurate. I stopped by this Hy-Vee at 10:00 p.m. Google shows that it's open until 11:00 p.m. when I arrived they were locking the doors so I called and I inquired. Customer service answered surprisingly, however, she wasn't very helpful at all. I was not the only one who was confused by the hours. There were several others in the parking lot, both confused and disappointed. As a former retailer myself, I called to inquire about the hours and why they were different from online. I kindly suggested that someone edit those hours so that potential shoppers wouldn't be inconvenienced (as several were tonight). She not only rushed me off the phone, but hung up before I finished expressing that concern. Given the fact that I'm not normally a Hy-Vee shopper anyway, it's super easy to say, no problem, I will not be returning here. I generally shop at Sprouts and Natural Grocers who would have actually allowed their customers to shop... even under the circumstances."

"We ordered the $70 holiday meal. Most of the items were very delicious. The ham that was in the meal was dry, flavorless, and tasted like it was processed meat! Brandon was great! Made up for the ham with dinner for 4! Great staff!"

"Bought this at Hyvee. Good by sticker said the next day. Got home and discovered mold all over it. Much of the mold was hidden by the stickers! Disgusting!!"
