"Went in to look for shoes. I couldn't try on the pair I wanted because of the placement of the sensor that enabled me to lace up the shoe. There were 4 workers behind the counter that were so loud and talking about people in target next door. It was too much i just left."
"My very first and last visit there. I walked in and didn't see any associates. Didn't bother me, until I looked to my right and in the next session of shoes stands 1 employee. He looks at me and literally didn't say a word to me. He went back to straightening the shoes boxes in the tables. Another customer walks in the store and he doesn't greet her as well. Her and I looked at each and said hello to each other with a smile. I stated to her "well at least we are speaking to each other." I didn't find any shoes so I proceeded to leave. As I was walking out the door he finally says "have a good day." I looked back at him in annoyance and walked out. Very rude and shouldn't be working in customer service at all."

Ryan the manager was the one that stuck with me the entire time to ensure I found the perfect pair. Thank you so much for helping me and being so polite and professional.
