"I love Five Below, & I’m glad this location opened near me, but it’s the worst managed one I’ve been in. The cashiers have no idea what’s going on half of the time, & can’t answer basic questions. They need help ASAP."
"I had an online - in store pick up. I ordered 4 items. All in stock. Upon arrival, only 2 of the 4 are in the bag. Staff is standing around. Store is a disaster. Which makes sense for the holiday. But proceeds to tell me they are short staffed and can’t get the holiday stuff out that is part of my order. So a lot of their holiday items (Christmas) is in the back on pallets and not on the floor to be sold. So what says is in stock, well it’s there. Just not in the floor. While staff is just roaming around. 4 people are not needed at the only ONE REGISTER at the front. Disappointed as one of the items was a last minute Christmas tree to help someone be able to enjoy the holidays and have a tree for their family. Thanks for letting me down five below. Next time I’ll go to Olathe or thankfully the Johnson drive location will be opening up soon."
"Was organized and clean. There were items tossed.in places they didn't belong because customers do not place items back where they get them from. Employees are very polite and welcome you as soon as you walk thru the door."
