"Pull up to the gate and talk to them at 9pm that's when they assign u a door then the check in starts at 10:00 It's not first serve they go by appointment my appointment was at 4:15 I got there at 9 gave me a door and they started on me at 4:30 out in an hour dry load so I didn't have a lumber no overnight"

"Wish all paid unload facility were like this. Bathroom was clean and working fine . The unload was fast and fair. Just wish they had truck parking."

"There really is no staging area to wait till appointment time. No more than 3 trucks with trailers can park waiting to go in. Come early at your own risks. Companies sending drivers early are being stupid because no matter how much we tell them that you cannot show up too early they keep sending us because “their customer told them there is parking”. Have respect enough and time enough on your clock to leave if there is no parking left and not block the Mclane drivers entrance by blocking the whole entrance. The employees are nice and understanding but can only do, and allow, what the company allows them to do."

"I will talk about my experience. I was in this property for 2.5 hours only. **I arrived 15 min before my appointment and they gave me a door at the moment. **It's a call box (the guy is very nice). He will ask for your confirmation number (started with 1068...), Temperature set, temperature reading, seal number, your phone number. ** When you park at the door, go to the check in office (next to door 32) to fill out the form and leave the paperwork. Check if your phone number is correct (it's very important) They will call you when they are done. And come back to the office for your paperwork. **Every body is really nice, restroom out of service still. I don't know if they read the reviews but looks like they organized and fix the problem."

"Bad management here with appointments and also drivers who come here 10-15 HOURS before their app … my appointment at 10 pm , came 1 h before here and find here 50 another trucks waiting . Once company open gate at 10 everybody go inside, Making mess here at the gate . Everybody with different appointments coming at no matter what time is it now . Buuuut : unloading extremely fast , IN- is the mess . OUT - is super fast . Also, receiving guys was very friendly and helpful."
