The Other Place Shawnee

"By FAR the BEST chicken tenders I have ever had!!! I mean these things were not only made 100% from chicken, but we're tender, moist, and flavorful!! Paired with a good size amount of fries and it's a delicious meal!! Give them a try definitely!!"

"First visit. Pizza was okay. Ordered several of the same pizzas and they were prepared differently, no standards...some had ingredients above the cheese and others below. Manager seemed upset with customers; negatively impacting atmosphere."

"Kids and I were in town for a quick doctors appointment and searched for restaurants and this place was highly recommend. We gave it a shot and it did not disappoint. Even though we got “basic” dishes like a salad and pepperoni pizza the food was very tasty. The service was quick and our server was great!"

"Great place to watch some sports and has plenty of seating if you have a larger group. A lot of different food options to include pizza. Started with onion rings and the plate was huge. Had The Longhorn burger and it was great. You know a burger is really good when you need a stack of napkins to clean your hands and face. Great food and the staff was amazing! Will be back for other options on the menu."

"Really like The Other Place. We hit up the one in Shawnee to try to catch the Super Bowl in a sports bar environment. Lots of TVs, but unfortunately, they're all very small except for a few, and the projector screen gets washed out from the natural light coming in from the windows along with the setting sun. Hard to explain but even after moving twice, we just couldn't get comfortable enough and decided to go to a friend's house instead. To be sure, The Other Place is still a great place to watch games, it just wasn't in the cards for us this time. In general though, the food at all of their locations is usually also very good, especially the pizza. Fried pork tenderloin and fried chicken sandwiches are also among my favorites."
