"This is owned an operated by a cute older local husband and wife. He reminds me of a sarcastic grandpa, and she's super sweet too. They could be more efficiant, but I personally would rather work with real people than fake corporate America sale people anyway. We emailed and were able to purchase a shed. They have to work with a specific rent to own company which is slow, but out of their hands. Shed is great! We bought a 10x12 utility shed."

"My mother bought a shed in Blackfoot, had it delivered to Georgetown, this last March the roof caved in and all the walls slit out!!! It’s a total lost!!!! When working to get the warranty Craig(their claims adjuster) stated that we needed a bigger snow load we had 60 psf and it’s our fault for not knowing the county ordinances. When we call the county building inspector we were told the snow load for the area is 45 psf!!! Craig basically told us to bad they weren’t going to help!!! Never buy a shed from any old hickory outlet!! They lied to us to get the sale!!! They lied about the 5 year warranty!!!!! We went in 3 different time and were told it would handle the snow here In Idaho!!!! Never buy a build from old hickory!!!"

"Great product terrible install st. Marie's flat work. Never sealed the bottom of the wood to my concrete, water coming in. Some of my stuff molding. I called pat, she gave me the warranty link, I filled out and submitted. No reply back. I'm. Going to blast them on social media READ REVIEWS AND RATINGS DON'T BUT THIS PRODUCT"

"bought a shed off the lot---it was rung up as a rental, asked to pay it off on credit card but owner did not know how to reverse the charge and change it, so told me I could pay the delivery man...advertised on the website as "free delivery" but it's only free if they build it; not if you buy it off the lot and it's more than 30 miles away. I have called the 'rental' company twice now and they cannot give me a payoff amount because it takes 3-5 business days to figure that amount out. The shed is quite fine but the service is poor. The office in Murfreesboro, TN is not helpful. I don't think I would purchase from this company again as there are many around who sell this. Delivery man was excellent."
