"Always has what we've needed for our autos. Plus very helpful experienced professional staff that are definitely helpful! Always taken care of immediately on a phone call or at the counter when I visit. Several times staff have walked out to my vehicle to assist in identifying my problem and needs. Definitely above and beyond a clerks duties. They're also much lower in prices than the other auto stores in town on all automobile needs from parts to oil products to general merchandise I've also found them to have parts in stock on hand or can get them in shorter time than the other stores as well."

"Part quality is not the greatest. 8 months after installing ball joints they were failing and wobbling around pretty bad. Usually the joints last 3-4 years for me. Brought the parts in for warranty replacement, they could not find them in the system under my name or number. Thankfully I was able to find the receipt in my truck. At which point I had to pay extra money for the warranty replacement parts. These cheap parts will now reside in my toolbox as emergency spares and function as little more than a donut spare until I can order or find quality parts elsewhere."
