Dollar Tree

"We have 3 Dollar stores in our area. This one, 1 in Rathdrum and one in Post Falls. I specifically go to the one in Rathdrum. Post Falls store is not much better, AND the CDA store is an absolute nightmare. See below. Long lines, the store is a mess ALL the time, and the acting manager, Jenn, is completely rude and unprofessional. She made it known that she was "angry" during an exchange, and her poor cashier kept apologizing for HER! Then there's the Post Falls store. It may be a tad cleaner, but the management sucks! They allow toxic attitudes from LAZY employees and NO ONE gets coached about anything. And then the $tore wonders why they can't keep employees? I would NEVER recommend ANYONE be employed under Jenn or Chelsea."

"Great store, except everything is made in China. Why don't we have more USA products? I only buy cards there. 2 for a dollar, greeting cards are way too expensive everywhere else.."

"We just wanted to get some balloons for the 4th, but the balloon that we wanted was out of stock and the only one they had already blown up was floating over the Manager's office. The lady checking us out was annoyed that we wanted it and there was already a line forming behind us. If she is greatly inconvenienced that we want to buy something, why not work somewhere else where she won't be annoyed?"

"I was there patiently standing in line for 5 min when I heard someone yell out for our checker to turn their light out. The checker said "Don't worry I can still get you guys" A couple minutes later she said to me "I'm closed " and I said to her " I was standing here when they told you to turn your light out" She then mumbled something under her breath. So I turned around and joined the next line that happen to have five other people already waiting there. Then when it was my turn that checker didn't greet me at all. I have always been kind and patient every time I was there. I have always brought my cart back in the store after I use it. This treatment was very disheartening. I won't return."

"Could use a little bit more restocking and seems understaffed during the busiest times, however the product selection is great, prices are great ($1 or less). Most things here are worth what you pay for, meaning they're cheap generic products of relatively low quality. However some things are just a great deal. I visit on a weekly basis to buy a couple small items and browse for something interesting. A solid store, great place to take kids and buy them a cheap goodie too."
