"Very clean store. Tons of great product. Definitely more than just an outdoor store. Lots of clothing too. Staff always friendly and for the most part happy to help and always someone around so you don't have to go hunting for an associate. Prices seem to of gone up a little more than the competition but they have decent inventory levels so worth the trade off."

"I bought a battery that I wasn’t told only had a 6 month warranty.not having a magnify glass or 20 20 vision I didn’t see the fine print.but obcourse the sales person who helped me wouldn’t want to go the extra mile and let me know I was buying a battery with only a 6month warranty .that wouldn’t be right in todays world.so I got screwed .I would strongly advise anyone buying something here to realize that probable most sales are FINAL"

"More items then most places under one roof. Awesome customer service. Prices are bit high. Compared to home Depot. On alot of items. Purchase weather guard tool box. Not quite up to the standards for item that sells for hundreds of dollars will return items with out much hassle."

"I’ve shopped here for a long time, and spent a lot of money. In the last few years things have dramatically changed. There are plenty of businesses around that can provide the same items for less money and much better customer service. It’s too bad management is more concerned responding to positive feedback than challenging customer feedback. Noticeably the responses online to positive feedback, I have decided to share my opinion. Poor customer service, lack of knowledge, extremely high prices, and questionable employee behavior. I have asked for the managers assistance a number of times and my number was taken, I was told my concerns were valid and they would call me. When I was not contacted I called to ask for a member of management who was still not available. It’s nice to know there are many more places than google to leave reviews."
