"I walked in carrying a bag from a store just a couple doors down. Two feet into the shop the clerk jumped into my face and said oh what did you get? Had me pull my purchase clear out of the bag so she could see, she then grabbed the tag to inspect what brand it was. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable as if she believed I was going to shoplift. How dare I carry my shopping bag with me. Don’t worry I won’t ever shop here again!"

"My wife and I came in to get some new Jeans. A very nice young lady, Hayden, was extremely helpful and kind. She brought me probably 20 pairs ensuring I got the right fit. I didn't have to leave the dressing room once. The experience was amazing and well worth the price. Thanks Hayden!"

"One of the most overwhelming shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I walked in looking for a pair of jeans and was immediately greeted but then immediately bombarded by a guy and then a girl asking me 95 questions and throwing all the jeans in a dressing room. I wanted to just shop and ask for help if I needed it but you do not get the option in this store. I ended up buying jeans and a shirt just so I could get out of there. It was so uncomfortable and not pleasant"
