"We called Monaghan Mechanical because our AC was not cooling the home properly. Tony checked the unit and found it was freezing up from low refrigerant. It was discovered at that time that it used the old style refrigerant. We then had lots of questions and Tony answered all of them as we weighed our choices. Memories of our first home heater issues in the winter of 2015 came to mind. Monaghans did such a great job resolving those issues that we decided to have both the AC and Heater replaced in this home. Tony and his crew arrived on time and did an excellent install. "I was looking for value, not the least expensive system to purchase, and Monahan Mechanical turned out to be a great choice. Both the A/C and the Heating system were installed in May 2021 and have been performing well. This last heating system maintenance revealed a small air leak which was immediately repaired under warranty.
