"We just moved into our duplex off of McCanse. I will say that the property manager Connie is the best. She answered every question we had in a timely manner was really nice and worked with us. So far this is the best rental company we have had in years. We like our place even though nothing is unpacked yet it's quiet and peaceful. We really like it."

"Very over priced and they will not fix anything. Try to charge me for mice because they sent a guy out that put two traps down for two day and got nothing according to them. I told them where in the wall they where coming out, even took a picture of the chewed hole through the wall. They never fixed the hole and ive come home to mice in my bed. Took pictures and was met with threats of fees. There is more but I dont wanna drone on. Just avoid this company. I have rented from legit slum lords better than this company."

Danielle and Connie the apartment managers are always very kind and if there is ever any maintenance requests they both respond within a timely manner and the maintenance request is always fixed right away. So far the best apartment rental agency I have ever rented from here in Springfield. A+plus"
