"The convenient location of these apartments is a huge plus. The new property owner and managers have made this place even better than it was before. They are constantly remodeling units when other tenants move out which makes this a great place to live."

"Rent went up $115, 30 days notice, still not able to get an updated lease document. Renters have to pay their own power water garbage to the city, there is a dumpster provided and we are threatened by the management of the apartments that are rents will be increased if people keep dumping furniture and such. I don't even think it was people from our apartment that did it LOL. Under $550 for rent now, still within my range and I'm only down here on the weekends mostly. One bedroom, one small bathroom small apartment. Window unit air conditioners. On a positive note, I only have to give 30 days notice now if I find another place."
