"I wish it was possible to give 0 stars. Don’t rent from him. He did a paint job right before we moved in and painted over roaches and roach motels. There was a crack in the A/C unit and he waited until the last possible minute to fix it. Our house temp was 80-90 degrees constantly because of that issue throughout the summer and into fall. He didn’t listen. We’ve rented from him before and that’s why we rented from him again but I didn’t think he’d be this terrible of a landlord this time around. I don’t recommend this guy at all. He’ll talk over you and harass you about anything but won’t take accountability for anything. 0/5 stars. Also we pay our rent on time and keep the property clean."

"Runs a nasty air bnb out of his own home toys every where, pools nasty. Natural gas leak under the back porch of his house and the dogs live Inside. Not sanitary at all"

"My husband and I are OTR Truck drivers so we could not see the house before buying it, which we knew the risks of that, but when we did a live walk through he deliberately did not show any of the damage. (The damage was significant). Then when we were finally able to go to the house in person we found major damage to the foundtion, also major cracks in the walls. When we called Nathan he said "I showed you everything you wanted to see." Obviously we would want to see damage if there is any! We feel taken advantage of being first time home owners and would not recommend doing business with him."
