"What a quaint hotel. It's like stepping back in time. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again. The hotel is close to downtown and right next to a nice park with a lake."

"The staff here was very friendly and accessible. The room was dated but functional and very cute (plus it had a refrig and microwave). The best thing about this facility was its proximity to the lake, a convenience store and a Dollar General. Walking around the lake was pleasant and people were very friendly. The price was right, the room was as pictured and very clean with all the standard hotel amenities (microwave, mini fridge, TV, plugs, lamps, towel selection, luggage rack, coffee maker, blow dryer, etc.) and our sleep was comfortable and quiet. Best of all it’s run by the family that lives there. They are very helpful, attentive and knowledgeable about the area. I’d definitely stay here again!"
