"Well first of all you can be a couple dollars short on your rent and they threatened to kick you out yet when they owe you money they're not in a hurry to get it back to you management does not communicate over here or at least the office"
"Would give 0 stars if that were option. Ive reached out several times over several months (almost a year) and never once heard back. Sad thing is I was only hoping for an estimate so I would have an idea of how much to pay and they couldn't even bother with that small thing. I can't imagine how much worse it would be to be a renter from these people."
"I am so grateful for a wonderful place to live. The campus is beautiful and well kept. My apartment is very nice. Management is wonderful for the most part. My only complaint are the number of renters with extreme mental problems. These people also have a right to live here. They do not have the right to disturb the lives of the people around them as it states in our lease."
