"Lived here for a month and the manager was absolutely terrible! Rent was one thing on our lease but she emailed us with a completely different rent amount. She refused to do income recertification when we had job changes. (I have proof of it all) I do not recommend living here"

"I moved here over a year ago and these apartments are great! The neighbors are friendly and kind. The manager Josie Ramos was the best manager ever. I also liked Nijia when she was managing the apartments for a short time. This new manager is crazy! She is rude and belligerent. She has only been managing for a short period of time and has made a lot of people lives a living hell. Something needs to be done about it asap. 5 stars for the apartments and no stars for the manager!"

"Disclaimer I don't reside in these apartments. I have to pick up my child here everyday as this is where the designated bus stop is. I can tell you the people here are very nice. While waiting on the bus I've noticed everyone greets one another no exception. I was also asked to sit with these two ladies that were enjoying the summer sun. That same day I accidently met the lady that manages the apartments and she is just the sweetest most polite person. If the people are this nice why wouldn't the apartments be nice as well."

"Great apartment. Has monthly cleaning checks. And pest control. Manager is AMAZING at her Job!! I’d move back if ever needed something to go to."
