"i had the worst experience with the application process. management never answers you back. they tell you that you’ll get a refund on your deposit and then decide to keep your money. even if you don’t even move in or find out if you’re accepted they will keep it. wouldn’t suggesting living here. while i was applying someone said they had someone break in and the manager lady just told her to go back to her apartment. the first application i put in they magically lost and had me put in another one two weeks later. overall if i could i wouldn’t even give them one star."
"Lori the manager here at the Drake is phenomenal. She has the best professional attitude I've ever seen at a local apartment complex in Carthage missouri. She is very proactive for the tenant very thorough in her work and made me feel very confident about my move-in date. I can't say anymore five stars for sure! Thanks Lori"
