"I have been here for 1 year now and I have been having problems with bed bugs now and the landlord told me that I am going to be charged for the pest control to come out and take care of the problem and then I have asked them for 3 days if they have called them to come and take care of the problem and they told me that it won't be until the 12th of September so I had to get some spray and spray the apt with it and too I put a work order in to get my tub to get fixed and the mantance people still has not came and fixed it this place has went down hill since I have been here for a year now and we had 3 landlord since I have been here so that is telling me that this place can't keep landlord's here"

"Don’t clean before moving out because they will still find a way to take your deposit. I know my apartment isn’t going to take 10 hours to clean and they charged $200 for that. Plus another $165 to bleach the walls when the walls were disgusting when I moved in and had to clean them myself. My carpet and flooring never got changed like it was supposed to, they can’t keep management they have had 3 different mangers in the 2years I lived there."

"my name is Patricia West I have lived here 10 years and have always appreciated the fact that our maintenance are always kept up and if we have a problem they come and fix it ASAP our management is Very nice to everyone we have great facilities for the children playground we have a barbecues for everyone love the fact that we have storm shelters close to each building and the grounds are kept up year round Our laundry rooms I kept up if the machines are not working they’re fixed as quick as possible."

Laundry facilities, storm shelters, bbq grills thruout, basketball courts, and playgrounds. We also have our own Facebook group for former and current tenants. A good community."

"I have lived here for 2 years and absolutely love it. our building gets along and we hang out often. we've formed a family. maintenance is quick about responding to issues and getting things fixed. the property manager is also quick to respond to things and keeps a great communication line with tenants."
