"If I could give 0 stars I would!! The apartment completely flooded when my daughter and 4 year old autistic grandson was trying to move in! There were roaches crawling around and a shooting across the street all in a matter of a few hours. She never got to move in and they kept ALL of her money! They ignore ALL communications!! We are reporting them to Fair Housing in Kansas!! RUN!!! These apartments are TRASH!!!"
"New owners left papers on our door to update our info and billing. But left no information on how to contact them by phone for questions. The app information page to pay rent doesn't give clear instructions either."
"Just switched management and renamed apartments previously known as centurion apartments. They left us no contact information whatsoever. We are experiencing emergency flooding in our apartment and clogged drains in every room with no emergency maintenance or even reg maintenance to contact. Have to mail in every request. Absolutely ridiculous!"
